To change the administrator of the account need to delete the smart watch from ELARI SafeFamily application:
1. Open ELARI SafeFamily application -Settings-About Device-Unbind
Install ELARI SafeFamily application on the device which you will control the smart watch. Register in the application. Add the smart watch to the app.
If you do not have access to the administrator account, then send two photos to the support service ( https://elarihelp.freshdesk.com/support/tickets/new ) with a description:
1. Photo of IMEI number from a back side of the box
2. QR-code from your smart watch (how to find QR-code)
3. Photo of cash voucher
