- Make sure that your ELARI SafeFamily account is logged in ONLY on one device
- Reinstall the application and allow the requested permissions:
Open on your smartphone Settings-Applications and notifications-Application notifications-Select the ELARI SafeFamily application:
- Turn on "Notifications"
- Turn on "Show notification icons"
